Smoked salmon and avo benedict
Smoked salmon (40g) and creamy avo on a potato and feta rosti , topped wiith two poached eggs , our signature hollandaise sauce, micro rocket with grilled rosa tomatoes
Chilli beef BBQ Short Rib (starter)
Starter portion of slow cooked braised beef short rib , glazed with spicy soy and honey basting then sprinkled wiith smoked chilli flakes
Our take on the classic! 200g sliced rump with a fluffy Yorkshire pudding, crispy buttermilk onion rings and topped with a meaty gravy, served with a side of creamed spinach or butternut.
Sesame salmon and avo salad
Spiced whole salmon fillet of Norwegan salmon , salad greens , avo , rosa tomatoes , coriander , spring onions with a creamy sesame dressing
150g ground beef and pork patty topped with grated white cheddar , smoked streaky bacon and and crispy buttermilk onions on a light burger bun with all the trimmings. Served with a side of fres , green salad or slaw
